History
Lansing Engineering was founded by Yates Scott Lansing in 2001. Mr. Lansing started the company with one residential subdivision project located in the Town of Halfmoon. The business began out of the basement of his home with the initial expectation of a small handful of clients that he could maintain independently. Within months, a new business plan was necessary to accommodate his increased client base. Within just one year the business moved out of his home and to an office location within the Parade Ground Village and in 2013 continued its expansion and moved to its newly constructed building at 2452 Route 9 in Malta, NY. Today, the high performance team at Lansing Engineering includes a group of dedicated professionals specializing in civil engineering, land planning and environmental consulting. Lansing Engineering currently maintains approximately 100 active projects located in numerous towns throughout the Capital Region.
